What is adGenAOSQoSClassConvHistoryByteDiscardRate?
This is a read-only measurement of how many bytes per second are being dropped from this sub-queue due to rate limiting or buffer overflow. It shows whether the QoS policy is actively constraining traffic flow. A rate of 50,000 bytes/sec means the router is intentionally dropping 400 kbps of data that doesn't fit the rate limit.
