This OID records the count of seconds with Loss of Power during the previous 1-day period. Network engineers check this for patterns in power failures, which often indicate failing power supplies or unstable electrical delivery to the remote site. If the previous day shows 400 seconds of power loss and today already has 200 in just 12 hours, the power supply is degrading rapidly and needs immediate replacement.
