What is adslAturPerfLoss?

This OID is a running counter of signal dropouts at the remote end since device startup, measured as the total number of Loss of Signal events. A nonzero value means the line has experienced quality issues; if it keeps climbing, the line is in active trouble and needs troubleshooting. For example, a value of 52 means the remote signal has dropped 52 times since the device powered on, confirming line problems.
