What is adslAturIntervalValidData?

This flag indicates whether the performance statistics collected for the current measurement interval are complete and trustworthy. Engineers use this to distinguish between intervals with full data (suitable for SLA calculations) and intervals with monitoring gaps or collection failures. A value of true means all error counts and block statistics for this interval are reliable and can be used for capacity planning.
