What is adslAturConfRateMode?

This OID defines which rate adaptation mode the ATUR (remote modem) uses, controlling whether the connection speed is fixed or can adapt dynamically. Network engineers select this mode based on whether the line is stable enough for rate shifting or requires a locked speed. For example, setting this to 'radsl' enables Rate-Adaptive DSL, which allows the modem to shift speeds in real-time as line conditions change.
