This OID holds the count of upstream blocks sent during the previous full day, giving a retrospective view of yesterday's upload traffic volume. Engineers use this historical metric to capacity-plan and to check whether backup or upload jobs ran as expected. A value of 1.05 million blocks yesterday means upstream traffic consumed roughly half of what downstream did, showing a typical asymmetric DSL usage pattern.
