Count of all encoded blocks received on this channel within the current 15 minute interval.

What is adslAturChanPerfCurr15MinReceivedBlks?

This OID accumulates the number of data blocks received on the ADSL channel during the current 15-minute measurement period. Network staff use this to see real-time throughput trends without waiting for the full daily average. For example, 85,000 blocks in the current 15 minutes tells you the link is actively carrying traffic at a decent rate right now.
