What is adslAturChanCurrTxRate?

This OID records the actual current transmission rate on the remote ATUR channel in bits per second. Operators use this to monitor upstream bandwidth utilization and to detect whether the uplink is negotiating to a lower rate due to line quality degradation. A value of 900000 means the customer's modem is currently transmitting upstream at 900 kbps.
