Description:

Configured Minimum Transmit rate for `Fast' channels, in bps. See adslAturConfRateChanRatio for information regarding RADSL mode and ATUC transmit rate for ATUR receive rates.

What is adslAturChanConfFastMinTxRate?

This OID controls the minimum transmission rate in bits per second for fast channels on the ATUR (remote) side of the ADSL link. Network engineers set this minimum to ensure that fast, low-latency traffic on the remote end maintains acceptable speed even when other channels share bandwidth. Setting this to 2000000 (2 Mbps) guarantees fast channels stay above 2 Mbps.
