What is adslAtucThreshInterleaveRateDown?

This OID sets the minimum download rate decrease threshold for the interleave channel. An engineer monitors degradation in the reliable interleave path, which is the first sign of line trouble. A value of 1000000 (1 Mbps) alerts when the interleave download speed drops by 1 Mbps or more.
