Description:

The number of Loss of Signal Seconds encountered by an ADSL interface within any given 15 minutes performance data collection period, which causes the SNMP agent to send an adslAtucPerfLossThreshTrap. One trap will be sent per interval per interface. A value of `0' will disable the trap.

What is adslAtucThresh15MinLoss?

This OID controls the alert threshold (0-900 seconds) for Loss of Signal Seconds detected by the ADSL transceiver in a 15-minute interval. Engineers configure this to catch early signs of signal degradation, which often precedes a complete line failure. Setting a value of 80, for example, means the system sends an alert when the signal is lost for 80 or more seconds within any 15-minute window.
