What is adslAtucPerfLprs?

This counter measures how many times power to the ADSL line equipment at the central office was lost since the last reset. It's typically used in legacy systems to detect power supply issues or redundancy failures in the equipment. A counter above zero usually triggers an alert because power losses are not normal operation.
