What is adslAtucPerfLoss?

This counter records every loss of signal event (when the line goes completely silent) that has occurred at the central office end of the ADSL connection since the agent restarted. It's important for troubleshooting because repeated signal losses indicate physical layer problems like loose cables or RF interference. A rising counter suggests the line is becoming unreliable and may drop soon.
