What is adslAtucPerfLols?

This counter accumulates the number of times the ADSL link itself was lost (a broader failure than just signal or framing) since the device started tracking. Engineers use this to understand how often the customer's modem completely disconnects from the central office equipment. A count of 2 might mean the line has reconnected twice in the current monitoring window.
