What is adslAtucPerfInits?
This counter totals all line initialization attempts (successful and failed) that have occurred since the agent restarted, showing how many times the modem has tried to sync with the central office. Frequent reinits indicate a flaky connection; the line keeps trying to come up. For example, a counter that climbs 10 per hour means the line is restarting that often.
