What is adslAtucConfMinUpshiftTime?

This OID sets the minimum time in seconds (0-16383) that signal conditions must remain good before the modem increases transmission rate. This prevents constant rate fluctuations caused by temporary signal spikes and ensures stable operation. A value of 300 means the signal must stay above the upshift threshold for 5 minutes before the modem actually increases speed.
