Minimum time that the current margin is below DownshiftSnrMgn before a downshift occurs. In the case that RADSL mode is not present, the value will be `0'.

What is adslAtucConfMinDownshiftTime?

This OID specifies the minimum time in seconds (0-16383) that signal conditions must be poor before the modem reduces transmission rate. This hysteresis prevents the modem from oscillating between rates due to brief noise bursts. A value of 120 means poor conditions must persist for 2 minutes before the modem reacts by dropping to a lower speed.
