What is adslAtucChanPerfCurr15MinTimeElapsed?

This counter shows how many seconds (0 to 899) have elapsed since the current 15-minute performance measurement window started. Engineers use this to verify the modem clock is synchronized and to estimate current throughput rates when a 15-minute bucket is not yet complete. A value of 450 seconds means 7.5 minutes have passed in the current measurement window.
