What is adslAtucChanIntervalReceivedBlks?

This OID records the total number of encoded data blocks received at the central office equipment during a measurement interval (typically 15 minutes). Engineers use this to monitor how much data is flowing and detect sudden drops that might indicate connection issues. A value of 100000 blocks in one interval shows normal high-volume data reception from the subscriber's modem.
