Description:

Configured Minimum Transmit rate for `Fast' channels, in bps. See adslAtucConfRateChanRatio for information regarding RADSL mode and ATUR transmit rate for ATUC receive rates.

What is adslAtucChanConfFastMinTxRate?

This OID sets the minimum transmission rate in bits per second that fast channels must maintain on the ATUC (central office) side of an ADSL connection. Network engineers configure this minimum speed to guarantee that fast, latency-sensitive traffic always has a baseline level of service. For example, setting this to 1000000 (1 Mbps) ensures the fast channel never drops below 1 Mbps regardless of line conditions.
