What is acsSerialPortTableSignalStateDTR?

This OID shows the current state (ON or OFF) of the Data Terminal Ready signal, which indicates whether the local device is powered and ready to communicate. When DTR is ON, the remote device knows the terminal is present and listening. For example, a value of 'ON' means the serial device is actively connected and powered up.
