What is acsSerialPortTableSignalStateCTS?
This OID displays the current state of the Clear To Send signal, which the remote device asserts to tell the local side 'you may transmit now'. When CTS is OFF, transmission is blocked regardless of local readiness. For example, a value of 'ON' means the far end is ready to accept incoming data.
