What is acsSerialPortTableOverrun?

This OID stores a count of serial port overrun errors that have occurred, tracking communication failures on the serial line. Network engineers monitor this value to diagnose serial connection problems and detect if data is being lost due to buffer overflow. For example, a value of 5 indicates that 5 overrun errors have been detected since the device started or was reset.
