What is acsPowerSupplyStatePw2?

This OID reports the operational status of the second power supply in redundant configurations. Checking both PSU states shows if you've lost fault tolerance and the appliance is now vulnerable to a complete power failure. Example: if PSU1 is "failed" but PSU2 is "online", the system keeps running but redundancy is lost.
