What is acsPowerMgmtTotalNumberOfOutlets?

This integer reports the total count of power outlets controlled and monitored by the PDU. You use this to verify capacity and confirm the PDU is fully operational; a lower-than-expected count indicates hardware failure. A count of 24 means this is a 24-outlet PDU capable of independently managing power to 24 devices.
