What is acsPowerMgmtPDUTablePowerValue?

This OID reports the real-time power draw through the PDU, scaled by 10 watts for precision (divide by 10 to get watts). Engineers monitor power to forecast electricity costs, detect failed cooling systems, and avoid exceeding the PDU's rated capacity. A value of 50000 means 5000 watts; if the PDU is rated for 6000W, you are at 83% capacity.
