What is acsPowerMgmtPDUTablePowerMin?

This OID records the minimum power consumption ever observed, representing the PDU's baseline load when idle or least-utilized. Engineers use the minimum to understand always-on consumption and detect when major equipment goes offline or enters low-power sleep. A minimum of 15000W (1500 watts) means the PDU is always consuming at least 1.5kW even at rest.
