This OID stores the lowest current ever recorded through the PDU, representing the baseline load. Engineers use the minimum to identify equipment that is offline or in sleep mode and to understand the datacenter's always-on power footprint. A minimum of 800 (80 amps) means the PDU never draws less than 80A, indicating a 80-amp baseline load.
