What is acsPowerMgmtNumberOfOutletGroup?

This integer counts how many logical groups of outlets have been configured for synchronized power management and coordinated shutdowns. Grouping outlets lets you power cycle related devices together (such as all backup systems) without manually controlling each one individually. A value of 3 means you have three groups: perhaps one for core network, one for servers, and one for backup equipment.
