What is acosWANRxMissedFrames?

This OID counts frames dropped on the WAN port because the hardware receive buffer ran out of space, indicating congestion or a buffer shortage. A high value here signals that the device cannot keep up with incoming traffic and is losing data. For example, a value of 5,000 means 5,000 frames were discarded when the input buffer was full.
