What is acosWANAtmRmTxCells?
This counter tracks the number of Resource Management (RM) ATM cells transmitted to communicate flow-control and bandwidth information to the remote peer. Network engineers monitor this to verify that rate-based congestion control messages are being actively sent and to debug if flow control is operating normally. A value of 1200 shows 1200 RM cells have been sent, carrying bandwidth availability and congestion state information to the far end.
