What is acosWANAtmRmRxCells?
This counter counts the number of Resource Management (RM) ATM cells received, which carry flow-control information and bandwidth availability signals from the network. Network engineers monitor this to verify that rate-based traffic control messages are reaching the equipment and to debug if rate negotiations are working correctly. A reading of 3200 means 3200 resource management cells have been received, helping the system understand its send-rate limits.
