Description: The total number of slots present in the box. This value represents the maximum index into tables that are indexed by slot number.

What is acosTotalSlots?

This OID reports the maximum number of expansion slots available in the chassis. An engineer checks this to understand the chassis capacity and plan module installations. For example, a value of '8' means the device can hold up to 8 expansion cards simultaneously.
