Description: The slot number the device resides in. The slot numbers range from 1 to the maximum number of slots reported in object 'acosTotalSlots'.

What is acosDS1ChannelSlotIndex?

This OID specifies which chassis slot contains the DS1 (T1 or E1) interface card that has the channel being configured. Engineers use this to identify the physical location of the card holding the channel. For example, a value of 1 means the DS1 card is in chassis slot 1.
