Description: The channel number to configure. For T1 interfaces the valid values are 1..24, and for E1 interfaces the valid values are 1..31.

What is acosDS1ChannelIndex?

This OID specifies which individual timeslot channel (1-24 for T1, 1-31 for E1) within a DS1 line is being configured. Engineers use this to enable, disable, or monitor specific voice or data channels on the line. For example, a value of 12 on a T1 line refers to timeslot 12, which is the 12th 64-kbps channel.
