Description: This object specifies the timeout for replys from the Domain Name Server.
What is acosDNSTimeout?
This OID sets how long (in hundredths of a second) the device will wait for a DNS server to respond before giving up on a query. You tune this parameter if the DNS server is slow or on a high-latency network, allowing more time for replies to arrive. A value of 300 would mean waiting 3 seconds for the DNS server to respond, whereas a value of 100 means only 1 second.
