What is apEnvMonPowerSupplyState?
This OID reports whether a power supply is functioning normally or not present (removed or failed). Network engineers check this to get an immediate alert when a power supply fails so they can plan a replacement or investigate the outage. For example, a value of "normal" means the unit is working fine, but "notPresent" means it's been removed or has failed completely.
