What is atmSuPortFrPvcEndptTxDEs?
This OID counts frames transmitted with the Discard Eligible (DE) bit set, marking them as lower priority and eligible to be dropped if the network becomes congested. Administrators and applications use the DE bit to protect critical traffic by marking non-essential traffic for preferential discard. For example, a value of 5000 means 5000 lower-priority frames were transmitted and tagged for possible discard during network congestion.
