What is atmFrMaxMany2OneConnsPerVcc?

This OID tells you the maximum number of many-to-one cross-connect connections that can be created on a single virtual circuit (VCC). Operators check this to understand device limits before trying to multiplex multiple connections over one VCC. If the limit is 32, you know you cannot create a 33rd many-to-one connection on that VCC.
