What is atmDxiCnfgOperStatus?
This OID reports the actual current operational state of the ATM-to-DXI cross-connect as observed by the device. You monitor it to detect when a connection drops unexpectedly, separate from whether an admin has it administratively disabled. If AdminStatus is 'up' but OperStatus is 'down', you know there is a real problem to troubleshoot.
