Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time the ATM to DXI connection entered its mandatory operational state. If the mandatory state was entered prior to the last re-initialization of the local network management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value. Same value define both direction ( Atm2Dxi and Dxi2Atm ).
What is atmDxiCnfgLastChange?
This OID records a timestamp (in hundredths of seconds since device reboot) marking when the cross-connect last transitioned to its required operational state. Operators use this to correlate outages with events by checking when connections changed. For instance, if a connection last changed 3600 seconds ago, you know it went down or came up exactly one hour back.
