What is atmCbrCnfgAAL1Signalling?

This OID controls whether AAL1 (ATM Adaptation Layer 1) in-band signaling is enabled for the connection, and it must always be set to 'off' per the device design. Network engineers should never attempt to change this setting to 'on', as the device explicitly forbids it to prevent breaking the CBR service model. Any management attempt to set this to 'on' will be rejected by the system.
