What is acdTwampGenResultOneWayNeDvInstValue?
This OID stores the current snapshot of near-end delay variation (jitter) in microseconds, showing how much the delay fluctuates. Jitter hurts voice quality and application responsiveness even when average latency is acceptable. A jitter value of 1000 microseconds means packet arrival times bounce around the average by about 1 millisecond.
