What is acdTwampGenHistResultTxPacketCount?
This OID counts how many test packets the TWAMP generator actually sent during the measurement period. Engineers monitor this to verify the measurement is running as configured and to detect packet drops at the source. For instance, if you configured 1000 packets per period but only sent 850, it could indicate a resource constraint.
