What is acdTwampGenCfgPacketLossRate?
This setting stores the acceptable packet loss ratio threshold expressed in hundredths of percent (so 100 equals 1%), stored as an unsigned 32-bit value. Network engineers configure this to define service-level agreement limits and trigger alerts when quality degrades. For example, setting this to 50 means the system alerts when more than 0.5% of packets are lost on the path.
