What is acdTwampGenCfgOneWayNearEndMaxDv?
This setting stores the maximum one-way delay variation (jitter) allowed on the near end of the path, measured in microseconds as an unsigned 32-bit value. Network engineers configure this threshold to automatically detect when packet timing becomes inconsistent on the outbound path from the local device. For example, setting this to 50000 means the system will flag when one-way jitter from the local end exceeds 50 milliseconds.
