What is acdTwampGenCfgEcn?
This setting stores the Explicit Congestion Notification flag value, stored as an unsigned 32-bit value. Engineers enable this to allow the device to detect congestion signals from routers and reduce traffic without dropping packets. For example, setting this to 1 enables ECN so the device can slow down when network congestion is detected.
