Description: This object identifies the connector index on the box. The index is assigned form left to rigth starting with 1.

What is acdSfpInfoConnIdx?

This OID stores an unsigned integer identifying which physical connector port the SFP module occupies on the equipment (1 = leftmost, 2 = next, etc.). Network engineers use this index to quickly map which transceiver is which when troubleshooting port-level issues or checking firmware versions. A value of 4 means this is the SFP in the fourth connector slot from the left on the front panel.
