Description: This object identifies the connector index on the box. The index is assigned form left to rigth starting with 1.

What is acdSfpDiagConnIdx?

This OID stores the physical connector position number (1, 2, 3, etc.) on the equipment starting from the left side. Network engineers use this to locate which specific SFP slot is being monitored when reading diagnostic data. If you retrieve temperature data with acdSfpDiagTemp and this value is 1, you know that reading came from the leftmost SFP port on the device.
