What is acdSaServiceHistCounterUaTime?
This records how many seconds a service was down during a past measurement period, archived for historical comparison. Network engineers use this to spot trends (e.g., if downtime increases during certain times of day or month). For example, if UaTime = 600 seconds for a period last month but only 100 seconds this month, the service is improving.
